Liv.52 DS simply ensures optimum liver function. It helps regulate levels of enzymes and optimizes assimilation. • Take Liv.52 by mouth at least 30 minutes before or 2 hours after eating.
• Do not eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice while you take Liv.52.
• The effects of Liv.52 are not immediate. Although you may experience the benefits of Liv.52 2 to 4 weeks after beginning treatment, treatment for up to 12 weeks may be necessary before Liv.52 takes effect.

Liv.52 DS restores the functional efficiency of the liver by protecting the hepatic parenchyma and promoting hepatocellular regeneration. The antiperoxidative activity of Liv.52 DS prevents the loss of functional integrity of the cell membrane, maintains cytochrome P-450, hastens the recovery period and ensures early restoration of hepatic functions in infective hepatitis.

If you miss a dose of this medicine and you are using it regularly, take it as soon as possible. If you do not remember until later, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not take 2 doses at once.
